Cancellations:
- Cancellations inside 14 days, by any or all of your party, are NON-REFUNDABLE unless we can fill the vacancy. The full charge for the charter will be due and/or applied to the credit card that held the reservation. No-shows, by any or all of your party, on the day of the charter will result in the full charge being due and/or applied to the credit card that held the reservation.
- All refunds are subject to a $10 processing fee.
